I used to make this skillet dinner when fresh Gulf shrimp just caught that morning in Louisiana, but its still yummy considering frozen shrimp here in Missouri. Pair it like crusty French bread and a glass of wine and you have good eatin!

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
  2. 2 cups chopped blithe tomatoes
  3. 1 cup chopped onion
  4. 1 cup chopped green alarm bell pepper
  5. 1 cup chopped celery
  6. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  7. u00bc teaspoon red pepper flakes
  8. 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  9. 1 bay leaf
  10. u00bd teaspoon dried thyme
  11. u00bd teaspoon dried oregano
  12. u00bd teaspoon pitch black pepper
  13. u00bc teaspoon dried rosemary
  14. u00bd (16 ounce) package bow-tie pasta (farfalle)
